Boy are my legs tight! Yesterday wasn't too bad. . but it seems to hit my body worse on the 2nd day after working out. On Friday I worked my legs by adding some leg presses with some weight. I really, really want to get sexy legs :) I know maybe it sounds silly, but at least it is a goal. Not just sexy, but toned and strong as well~
I should take a 'before' and at the end of the summer take an 'after' picture and see if it shows much difference :)
