2 MILES
I got out to the gym and did 2 miles!! Of course I wasn't very concerned with my time, more just hoping to build up a little more endourance. I bought some Dr. Scholls inserts that give me better arch support and it worked. My feet/legs didn't hurt or become fatigued during my run. YAY! Well, I guess time will tell if they actually do the trick.
