My life has been shaken up the last month and a half! If you follow my Jamiebug blog then you'll understand all the changes that I have been through. So to get to the point, I have once again fell into a slump and broke my workout routine that I was doing soooo well with! It stops today.

Although for the record we live up 3 flights of stairs and I go up and down several times a day! Not enough times, but It's a little exercise. hahaha!
I have the Transplant Games to keep working towards!!! No more slacking off!
