I am happy to report that yesterday (Tuesday) my calves were fatigued but not NEARLY as sore as before! I am so relieved that perhaps progress is occuring in my leg muscle conditioning!! Today (Wednesday) I will be hitting the treadmill again and doing another 30 minutes. . .mostly running but a little walking to keep from cramping my legs too much :) 5K here I come!!!
