Week 2 Workout Schedule:

Well this was a crazy weekend. I got a little bit of my workout in, but not as much as I would have liked. My shoulders and arms are still kinda tender, which means I need to work them more. I think my workout increases this week. . . I guess I should post it, so this weeks workout is below:

Monday
  • Warm Up
  • 100yds Freestyle
  • 50yds Cool Down
  • Walk 20 Minutes
Tuesday:
  • Bike 2 Miles
Wednesday:
  • Warm Up
  • Freestyle 100yds
  • Cool Down 50yds
  • Walk 20 Minutes
Thursday:
  • OFF
Friday:
  • Warm Up
  • Freestyle 100yds
  • Cool Down 50yds
  • Bike 2 Miles
Saturday:
  • Walk 25 Minutes
Sunday:
  • Bike 2 Miles
