Week 3 day 1: PICTURE

Yep today was week 3 day 1. I worked shoulders and arms cuz whoops, it was actually chest and back day so Wed. I will flip flop and do chest and back. Oh well. My muscles in my arms are getting bigger and firmer, I am on my way to sexier arms and slowly but surely a sexier backside and a 6 pack :)

I am starting to see some muscle tone and some firmness in my legs and butt. WHOOHOO! My abs/core are getting a little thinner with some definition through my sides. Little by little right?
