DID IT!

Yep, I got up this morning. . . called our property managment and got the code to the gym :) I did about a mile light run/jog workout on the treadmill, got to build back up to where I was a month ago. I also did some leg lifts and worked my buttock muscle. lol. I finished off with some chest presses. I may be sore tomorrow. . .but it needed to happen! Yah ME!
