I pushed a pretty tough workout a couple days ago. . .and included some intense ab workout. Yesterday my entire mid section was sore. Sitting up from a laying down position was difficult (and painful). Today however it is not so bad. This is good sign. When I coughed all the time from Cystic Fibrosis, my abs were always rock solid and I honestly never found a workout that ever made them sore. BUT now, they are 'less solid' haha, and I am focusing on getting them firm and toned again. I am quite happy they are sore which indicates there is plenty of room for improvement. . .Oh by the way they are sore from doing 40 crunches on a slant~ It was tough!
