Week 2 Workout Schedule:
Well this was a crazy weekend. I got a little bit of my workout in, but not as much as I would have liked. My shoulders and arms are still kinda tender, which means I need to work them more. I think my workout increases this week. . . I guess I should post it, so this weeks workout is below:
My name is Jamie. I have Cystic Fibrosis and in 2007 I received a double lung transplant. I have not been treated for rejection yet and I accredit most of that to my desire and passion to stay active and keep my body/health in good condition. This is just one of my passions. I am an advanced red cross certified swimmer, I taught swim lessons for years. I have also been working out regularly for over 15 years. In high school I decided I wanted to take control of my health and Cystic Fibrosis so I started running with the track team, doing aerobics/PE every trimester, working with weights and swimming.
I started this blog to track my own personal workout and exercise goals. To feel like I would have to at least answer to myself. A place to share my goals with others and find motivation from anyone who wants to offer any. Please feel free to do so.
This blog is growing into a place where I can track and post my Exercise Goals, Achievements, Failures, and help keep myself motivated. I hope you find inspiration and motivation here as well.
